    After 10+ years in healthcare software sales Kevin started OneThirtyFive in May 2024. Check out our About Page to learn more. When he’s not in our office he can be found hiking on one of the various Northeast Ohio trails with his dog, Banjo, or paddle boarding down the Cuyahoga.

    Nate Simon

    BDR Manager

    The “OG BDR”, Nate was the first full-time hire to join OneThirtyFive in May 2024 weeks after graduating from Ohio University. After a strong performance as a BDR, Nate was promoted to BDR Manager after a year at the company. Fun fact about Nate, he enjoys fishing and cooking out!

    Owain Crute

    Account Executive, Rep2x

    Owain joined the OneThirtyFive team in November ‘24 after spending the first three years of his sales career at a local car dealership and quickly became a top performer on the team. In January ‘26 he became the first AE for the first product from OneThirtyFive, Rep2x. When he’s not in the office Owain enjoys hitting a lot of 3 putts and losing a lot of parlays!

    Jeremy joined OneThirtyFive as a BDR in February 2025. If money wasn’t a factor, he would be living on a ranch in Montana, raising a herd of buffalo!

    Lauren joined us as an intern in April 2025 and then joined full-time shortly after once she graduated from John Carroll University. A fun fact about Lauren is that she did rock climbing growing up!

    Lizzie is a May 2025 grad from John Carroll University where she played on the soccer team for 4 years. She has joined the team as a full-time BDR. A fun fact about Lizzie is that she has pet ducks!

    Joe joined OneThirtyFive as an intern in the summer of ‘25 and transitioned into a full-time role after graduating from the University of Dayton in December ‘25. A few fun facts about Joe is that he loves geography, is currently training for the Cleveland Half Marathon, and is a big James Harden fan.

    Canyon Wells

    Business Development Representative

    Canyon joined OneThirtyFive as an intern in July ‘25 and started full time after graduating from Cleveland State University in December ‘25. During his time at CSU, he was a student athlete and competed for the wrestling team. He spends his free time enjoying golfing, spending time with friends, and watching sports.

    Annie is an Ohio University graduate and joined the team in September 2025 after managing hotels on Nantucket Island. In her free time, you can find her walking her dog, Monkey, or playing a card game with friends and family!

    Joshua is a 2024 graduate from the University of California San Diego and after moving to the Cleveland area, he joined the team in September 2025. A fun fact is he loves all things creative like music, shows, comedy, and art!

    Nick Telisman

    Business Development Representative

    Nick is a 2023 grad of Baldwin Wallace where he played soccer and joined the OneThirtyFive in September 2025. Prior to that he spent time in professional and collegiate athletics, working for the Cleveland Guardians and Lake Erie College. A fun fact about Nick is that he can do impressions of assorted Star Wars characters.

    Henry Shikles

    Business Development Representative

    Originally from Kansas City, Henry moved to Cleveland in November ‘24 and joined OneThirtyFive in the Fall of ‘25 after working as a campaign director for a New York-based fundraising company. He’s passionate about music, fitness, and architecture especially Art Deco and enjoys connecting with people, which inspired his transition into sales.

She’s passionate about creative problem-solving and enjoys connecting with people, which led her to pursue a career in sales. When she’s not working, Abby loves to travel, make jewelry, and spend time with her three-legged dog.
