    CEO

    After 10+ years in healthcare software sales Kevin started OneThirtyFive in May 2024. Check out our About Page to learn more. When he’s not in our office he can be found hiking on one of the various Northeast Ohio trails with his dog, Banjo, or paddle boarding down the Cuyahoga.

    Nate Simon

    BDR Manager

    The “OG BDR”, Nate was the first full-time hire to join OneThirtyFive in May 2024 weeks after graduating from Ohio University. After a strong performance as a BDR, Nate was promoted to BDR Manager after a year at the company. Fun fact about Nate, he enjoys fishing and cooking out!

    Lizzie Bruce

    BDR Manager

    Lizzie is a May 2025 grad from John Carroll University where she played on the soccer team for 4 years. After 15 months of grinding it out as a BDR she became OneThirtyFive’s 2nd BDR Manager in August of 2026. A fun fact about Lizzie is that she has pet ducks!

    Owain Crute

    Account Executive, Rep2x

    Owain joined the OneThirtyFive team in November ‘24 after spending the first three years of his sales career at a local car dealership and quickly became a top performer on the team. In January ‘26 he became the first AE for the first product from OneThirtyFive, Rep2x. When he’s not in the office Owain enjoys hitting a lot of 3 putts and losing a lot of parlays!

    Lauren Devin

    Business Development Representative

    Lauren joined us as an intern in April 2025 and then joined full-time shortly after once she graduated from John Carroll University. A fun fact about Lauren is that she did rock climbing growing up!

    Annie is an Ohio University graduate and joined the team in September 2025 after managing hotels on Nantucket Island. In her free time, you can find her walking her dog, Monkey, or playing a card game with friends and family!

    Gwen McKenna

    Business Development Representative

    Gwen is a December 2024 graduate from Ohio University who joins us as a BDR. A fun fact about Gwen is that she is proud Yinzer and a Steelers fan!

    Henry Shikles

    Business Development Representative

    Originally from Kansas City, Henry moved to Cleveland in November ‘24 and joined OneThirtyFive in the Fall of ‘25 after working as a campaign director for a New York-based fundraising company. He’s passionate about music, fitness, and architecture especially Art Deco and enjoys connecting with people, which inspired his transition into sales.

    Jeremy Sanchez

    Business Development Representative

    Jeremy is a graduate of the University of Missouri, he also attended Cleveland State and Saint Leo University. He joined OneThirtyFive in January ‘26 and is a former student athlete that enjoys playing golf and spending time with friends and family in his free time.

    Business Development Representative

    Ben is a ‘20 grad of Ohio State and joined the team in January ‘26 to bring veteran BDR experience to OneThirtyFive. In his free time Ben likes rooting for Cleveland sports, working out then hitting the sauna, spending time with family and friends, and taking Kevin’s dog, Banjo, for hikes in the South Chagrin Reservation when it’s warm out.

    Bella Cugini

    Business Development Representative

    Bella is a May ‘26 graduate from Ohio University who joined us weeks after graduating. She loves Cleveland baseball, painting, and music.

    Ethan graduated from Baldwin Wallace University in May of 2026, where he studied Marketing & Entrepreneurship. Ethan is also a former collegiate athlete, so he brings a competitive and disciplined mindset to OneThirtyFive. In his free time, he enjoys doing anything and everything under the sun. A fun fact about Ethan, is that he worked at an all boys sports camp in Maine last summer where he was a counselor & lacrosse coach.

    Caroline is a 2026 graduate from John Carroll University where she majored in marketing and minored in entrepreneurship and recently joined OneThirtyFive as a Business Development Rep. She is originally from Rochester NY and in her free time she enjoys spending time with friends and family, going on hikes and learning new recipes.

    Ella just graduated from John Carroll University. She graduated with a degree In marketing. She joined OneThirtyFive as a BDR starting June 2026. In her free time she enjoys spending time with family and friends, traveling, and working out!

    Business Development Representative

    Ryan is a recent graduate from Miami University, where she studied Strategic Communications and Marketing. She joined OneThirtyFive as a Business Development Representative. In her free time, Ryan enjoys going on walks, hanging out with friends, and trying new restaurants/coffee shops.

  • Ty Koeth

    Business Development Representative

    Ty graduated from Bowling Green State University in May of ‘26 with a degree in Marketing. Ty played Club Baseball at Bowling Green alongside a wide mix of intramural sports. He enjoys working out, following baseball, being on the water, listening to all types of music, and hanging out with friends. He has developed a strong interest in sales since young and is excited further looking to improve.

    John is a 2025 graduate of The College of Wooster who joins the team as a BDR. Outside of work, he coaches high school speech and debate and plays spikeball. A fun fact about John is that he has perfect pitch!

    John graduated from Ohio University in May ‘24 with a degree in Journalism. During his years working as a contractor after college, he discovered he had a passion for sales. In his free time he enjoys working out, golf, and spending time with friends and family.
